The increased demand in the Tourism and Hospitality industry has created ample job opportunities for skilled professionals. B.Voc. Hospitality & Tourism is a three-year undergraduate vocational/skill-based course (divided into 6-semesters) recognised at par with other bachelor-level degrees. The course differs from conventional academic programs since it emphasises practical study rather than just theoretical knowledge.

This program aims to provide adequate knowledge and skills related to Tourism, Travel, and Hospitality Management for employment and entrepreneurship. It is specially curated for the benefit of students who wish to go for a job immediately after completing their studies.

Highlights of the Course:


Kaushal Vikas Battha

Candidates enrolled in this program shall be entitled to Kaushal Vikas Bhatta (Rs. 1000 per month) as per State Govt. Policy for two years. *(conditions apply)

Multiple Entry and Exit Options: One thing that stands out is the flexibility that the course offers. The candidates can pursue the course for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, and 3 years and still work away with one form of certification or another. Candidates who have dropped off after 6 months are offered certificates, and those who have completed 1 year are offered a Diploma. Candidates who have completed 2 and 3 years respectively are offered Advanced Diploma and Undergraduate Degree.

Fully Functional Hospitality Lab:

In this lab, students take part in role plays, group discussions, case studies, professional training, presentations, and mini-projects while learning about the current trends and practices in Tourism, Hospitality, and Aviation Industries.




Internships/On-the-Job Training (OJT):

Training after the end of each semester is an integral and compulsory part of the 3-year B.Voc. degree program. Students get “Live Project” opportunities with Radisson Hotels, Oberoi Hotels, etc as they undergo on-the-job training at these renowned hotel chains.




Placement Cell

Students will be supported by the "Vibrant Placement Cell” established by the Department of Higher Education in the college for good placements.
