NCC unit, RKMV honoured the bravery and sacrifice of Indian soldiers by observing Kargil Vijay Diwas on 26th July 2025. Dr Anurita Saxena, Principal of the college was Chief guest at the event. The event began with a solemn tribute to the martyrs whose courage and heroism has been etched forever in the hearts of all Indians. In the event cultural dances were presented by the students interspersed with patriotic songs and poetry, giving the message of unity in diversity. The students also presented a skit on the dastardly attack which took place in Pahalgam.

Dr Anurita Saxena, in her speech, praised the valour and gallantry of the fallen heroes while raising the need to treasure their sacrifice by making India great through a small contributory step of academic and cultural excellence.
