Five students and two faculty members from the college attended the Regional Outreach Programme on "Empowering Startups, Enterprises and Industry in Himachal Pradesh" held at the Secretariat, Chhota Shimla, on 27 July 2026. The conference was jointly organized by HIMCOSTE, Department of Environment, Science, Technology & Climate Change (DEST), Technology Development Board (TDB), and CC.

The programme focused on promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, and industry-academia collaboration in Himachal Pradesh. Eminent experts and officials shared valuable insights on government initiatives, start-ups funding opportunities, technology commercialization, research support, and policies aimed at strengthening the start-up ecosystem in the state.
